Former Olympic gold medalist Foy Draper is mentioned on page eight. Along with Ralph Metalfe, Jesse Owens, and Frank Wykoff, Draper was part of the 4×100 relay team in the 1936 Berlin Olympics. 2nd Lt. Draper has received orders transferring him from Kelly Field (Texas) to McChord Field (Wash.). He becomes an A-20 Havoc attack plane pilot for the Twelfth Air Force in North Africa…
