The Dodgers and Reds are in hot water with the National League after yesterday’s marathon contest at Crosley Field. No one had scored until the 17th inning and Brooklyn was worried that after scoring five runs off Paul Deringer (who put in 16 innings) and and reliever Joe Beggs that the game would be called and the score reverted to the last completed inning, giving the Dodgers a tie instead of a win. The Cardinals move to St. Louis in 1960, then west to Arizona in 1988. The Rams move to their current home of Los Angeles for the 1946 season, but spent 1995-2015 in St. Louis…
