Sports section begins on page 44, which discusses the military all-star baseball club. Boston Red Sox pitcher Mickey Harris is named as the only Major League player who has served overseas. Harris, who served in a coastal anti-aircraft artillery outfit, pitched a perfect game for the Panama Canal Department Army League’s Balboa Brewers in April.
